Ariana came out from the living room to see what made Freda so apprehensive when she called her. 

Her eyes widened slightly when she saw the last person she was expecting to see in her place tonight, especially after all she had done to him.

"Jared?" Ariana frowned when she saw the tall figure in front of the entrance of her room as he swayed from left to right.

His hair was dishevelled like he had run his hands through them times without number and his clothes were crumpled with a few of his buttons open and revealing his chest.

When he looked up at her, his honey-brown eyes were out of focus and that told her the one thing she needed to do even before she smelt it from him.

Jared was drunk. And in her house.

"Isn't it the most beautiful CEO in town?" Jared snickered with his words stumbling over one another.

Ariana looked down at Freda with questioning eyes and she could see Freda was looking worried.
