Seeing him walk slower than expected made Ai Mi stare at him for a while before taking her phone from her purse.

She stares at it and taps on the blank screen, pretending to text someone while she monitors Haoran from the corner of her eye.

Haoran looks at her and paused. The thought of having to make her explain what this is about hit him. Just as he wanted to take a step towards her, he stops once more.

No. He can't do it... At least, not now.

He withdraws back and head off to his department, following closely is Sheng.

"Hey bro! What are you working on?"

Ai Mi looks up at the both of them as they walk back to their department. He probably thinks she didn't see his moves.

A small smile creeps onto the lips of Ai Mi as she also withdraws back to her office upstairs.

"You guys should work on impressive pitches!" she yells as she climbs the stairs.

"Yes, Miss!".
