Karla changed into her work clothes and headed directly towards the study. Talon had explained the route to her, and left to oversee the twins breakfast.

From the outside, she could roughly hear two men conversing. The door was just too thick to pick out what their conversation was about. She attempted to slightly tip the door open, and listen in.

"Come in Karla." Dritan's voice rang from inside the room, startling her to her wits.

{His guess was too accurate.} She couldn't understand how they knew someone intended to spy on them, talk less of their identity.

"You don't need to listen in on a conversation about yourself." The bar owner informed her, sparking her interest. Dritan looked like he was pleased to see her, while his companion didn't seem the bit fazed by her presence.

"Pray tell, what where you both discussing about me?." Her eyes scanned the lavish study, it's decor hinted at how untouched and antiquated this part of the manor was.
