"Young Master, are you awake? The old house has sent over the wedding attire, and also, the old lady is asking whether to arrange the bridal chamber here or not?"

Aunt Ke's voice sounded from outside.

Upon hearing this, he got out of bed, casually slipped on a pair of slippers, and came over to open the door.

"Young Master?"

"Give me the outfit. There's no need for the bridal chamber. Aunt Ke, stay home and take care of the children today; nobody will come to disturb you," he commanded expressionlessly as he took the clothes inside.

Aunt Ke looked up at him upon hearing his words.

It was supposed to be a wedding, yet there was no sign of decoration here, nor any guests to be seen. What did this all mean?
