Declan nudged him with his elbow, although he knew Alex was only joking. "Let's hear him out."

Chris chuckled too. "There's this girl I'm in love with, and her name is Sheila. I really love her, and this time I think it's real because she loves me back, but I had to break up with her."

"Why?" Declan asked before he could think of anything else. If they were both in love with each other, why should some disease be the reason for their separation?
