Natalie was pacing the room in one of Alonso's shirts. It had been almost half an hour since she left her husband downstairs and all she wanted was to hug him the minute he came into the room. To make it worse, Javier just parked the Mercedes in the driveway a few minutes ago, helping a very drunk-looking Liliana out of the car and into the back door.
I won't let them drain all of his energy.
Determined to finish the day positively — especially after his father tried to blame Alonso for any future mistakes his adult sister might make just because he married Natalie — She kept her ear close to the door and rushed to stand behind it when she heard multiple footsteps heading upstairs.
"Are you seriously going to avoid me after what happened in the hotel today?" Sophia spoke angrily.
