The Dark is a place for fallen gods. It is widely known amongst Keepers that weird, questionable and abominable things go on in the Dark, under the permittance and directions of Skotos, the Dark Lord. In other words, everyone knows that Skotos has involved himself in dark practices; breaking the Creator's rules.

But no one knows yet why Skotos himself is yet to become a fallen god, even with his involvements in dark practices. Perhaps as Keeper of the Dark, he is permitted certain dark involvements? Or perhaps the bar is set incredibly low for him, such that being so depraved is tolerable? 

Or perhaps the Creator just chooses to ignore his depraved activities for the time being, since he is already serving the punishment of eternal confinement?
