章節 15: Before i was...
Pure agony...It was what I am.
It was night in this city, I was in a back a night where everything felt the same. I was looking down at my victims as they were crying in pain. My blue eyes filled with nothingness but just hatred as I looked at the man.
"P-please let me go...I DIDN'T DO SHIT TO YOU!"
I stood silent as heard the man plead with sorrow and despair. This is what I was...a simple Yakuza, born to kill the ones who are in my way.
Suddenly as I was about to end this guy's life, I heard a strange sound coming from some boxes that were in the trash. I let go of the man abruptly and walked to the box. The sound was clear as I heard it.
I opened the box and my eyes widened, it was a small kitten. It was a black and dark grey fur cat, its arms were broken and its tail seemed to be hurt. The cat seemed to be still alive but was breathing extremely fast.
I didn't know why...But I felt sad...This kitten seemed to be in pain but it seemed like his bruises weren't made because he was attacked by other animals, a person had done this.
I look back at my victim with a glare on my face. "Who did This."
The man looks at the box and then at me. "I...."
"WHO FUCKING DID THIS?!" I scream making the man jump slightly.
"I...I DID IT...I KILL ANIMALS FOR MONEY!!" He admitted.
My blood boiled with rage as I heard the man's confession, of killing animals for money. How fucking degenerated of him. "Who gives you this money?"
"S-some dudes on the internet...!"
"Are you fucking out of your mind? Killing innocents Animal?" I didn't know why I said this, but it was true. I never defended someone let alone an animal.
The man chuckled "The fucking irony...you are a yakuza, caring for an animal?!"
At that moment, my anger surged like wildfire, consuming any semblance of restraint. "Yes, I am a Yakuza," I growled, stepping closer to the man, my eyes burning with fury. "But that doesn't mean I condone senseless cruelty. Unlike you, I have a code. I protect what's mine."
The man suddenly laughed "What's yours?! This cat is mine!"
My grip tightened on the kitten as a wave of disbelief washed over me. "Yours?" I echoed incredulously, my voice laced with disdain. "You claim ownership over a defenseless creature you've fucking abused and tortured?"
I shook my head, struggling to contain my rising fury. "You've forfeited any right to call this cat yours. You've proven yourself unworthy of such a responsibility."
Stepping closer to the man, I locked eyes with him, my gaze piercing through his facade of arrogance. "You may have caused this innocent soul pain, but I swear to you, I'll do everything in my power to ensure it never suffers again. And if you dare to interfere with that...I will cut your skin off. GOT THAT?!"
The man slowly crawls a little, "Y-yes..."
I took the box and walked pass to man while give a short yet deep glare at him.
