章節 316: Kruel's Worries

In the Southern kingdom. 

Evillene walked towards the window when she heard nighes of horses.

A carriage entered the door of the castle and Kruel climbed out of it.

Kruel looked up and met his mother's eyes and gave her a smile.

"Where were you gone?" Evillene asked as soon as Kruel walked up. They met in the throne room.

"I went to grandfather's," Kruel replied. A maid walked in and helped him remove his furry coat and left silently like a moving shadow.

"Why so suddenly?" Evillene asked. She stood up from her seat which was beside the throne and walked up to Kruel. Her son was gone for a few days without informing her. 

"After our visit to the north, I have this feeling that Donovan is planning to do something," Kruel replied. 

Evillene put her hand on his face, trying to ease his tension.

"Don't they always try to do this or that to annoy us?" She smiled.
