Persephone awoke to the soft morning light filtering through her curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. As she stirred, she became acutely aware of the weight and warmth against her—a tangle of limbs, soft skin, and warmth she wasn't used to. Opening her eyes slowly, she found herself wrapped around Ginny, who lay curled up beside her, still fast asleep.

Her gaze drifted to Ginny's bare shoulders. Perhaps the latter had woken up feeling too warm in the middle of the night, and had stripped out her shirt and shorts. She was still wearing her undergarments, but the sight of her lying there, bathed in morning light, made Persephone's breath hitch for a moment. It was an intimate vulnerability she hadn't anticipated seeing from Ginny, yet it felt so natural.
