I can see savages—fuck, all of them are Silvers. Useless!

"Mark," Reol'ran said, "maybe you should withdraw, not care about this Seal of Destiny. Let go of it, it's not worth losing your life over."

"I risked my life when I fought the Golden Savages, too!" he replied, filled with indignation as he flew at the speed of sound. "What is the difference? If that armor comes, I might die, but if a Gold Lord just played differently, I might have died, too!"

"Fool!" Reol'ran growled. "That is a thing of 'might or might not,' but if it comes, you WILL die."
