章節 2: Chapter 2 (Edited)
*In the streets of Musutafu*
A young green-haired boy is running through the streets towards a yellow-haired boy who's producing explosions from his hands and blasting them at buildings, seemingly involuntary, due to a sludge-like villain.
Izuku Midoriya (Green-Haired Boy) Pov
'What am I doing?' My body seemed to move by itself, charging towards the villain.
"Stop you, idiot, your goanna get yourself killed." Screamed the pro hero Death Arms from the sidelines.
'Why am I running, why am I moving, I can't stop.' I thought. I saw my childhood friend being attacked by a villain and my legs started to move on their own…'What would a hero do?'
"What the hell, why are you here!" Says Kacchan (Yellow-haired boy) while struggling.
"I'm DONE playing with you!" The sludge monster screams, while sprouting a few huge hands and sending them at me.
'I'm goanna die!' I shout in my head watching as the huge sludge hand begins to move towards my face, attempting to flatten me.
3rd Pov
"I have to do something, no matter the cost." said All Might, transforming.
Just then, before either All Might could even attempt to help or the Sludge villain could move to flatten Izuku, everyone at the scene heard a cold voice.
"How pathetic. You say your heroes, yet only a quirkless boy went to save the victim, putting his life at risk. All while all of you are on the sidelines, just watching as he's about to get killed." The cold voice says while dashing in from the sky.
A body clouded in blue flames draped in a black trench coat and black gear. Hair as black as obsidian, lastly blue eyes so deep they seem as if carved from sapphire themselves began to emerge through the depths of the flames.
"Hey hero scum, I'm doing your job again, just like the past 5 years." The mysterious person says. He proceeds to command the flames to form a dragon and to burn the sludge monster into nothingness, never once causing harm to the boys.
"Y-y-y-you're the famous vigilante that's been hunting villains for the past 5 years! This...it isn't my time yet, how unfair damn you, curse you AZURE BIRD." Screamed the sludge villain who then turned into nothing but steam.
"Go rot in hell you villain scum. Plaguing the earth with your mere being." Says the apparent Azure Bird.
"You killed him," Izuku says in disbelief.
"He's trash, I did you all the favor of cleaning him up." Azure Bird says before all current hero's snap out of it and surrounds him.
"Stop, young man, you need to turn yourself in, preferably the easy way where we don't have to fight." Says All Might taking a glance at all the extra civilians around.
"Look it's All Might! He will surely do something about this." The crowd cheers.
'They always underestimate me.' Azure states in his mind sighing and shaking his head.

*Azure Pov* *Flashback*
When Azure decided to become a vigilante, he gathered his things from his now desolate house and then quickly left before the police could come back.
Following that for months he killed villains and street-level thugs, he would gather their valuables for himself to loot. 'Well, I need to earn an income somehow so I guess with me being on the wanted list this is my next best choice.' He thought while taking the wads of cash from the now burnt villains.
From there he started his career as a vigilante. At first, people didn't notice him, but when he made the crime rate in the area lower slightly and made more appearances in the news, he became more and more known.
One day he posted a video on social media using the phone of a recently dead villain. "Villain scum I'm hunting you in a way the incompetent heroes could never do. Anything it takes, whatever the means I will hunt you down!"
With this news, the media was in an uproar. Some newbie made a threat to every villain out there...but was he wrong?
*In a Lab*
" This brat, I might have to use some quirk erasing bullets on you since you'll be troublesome for my society." Says a man in a bird-shaped mask.
*In an alleyway*
"Heh, as long as you don't get in my way of revenge." Said a man who has burn scars all over his body, so much so that you could call him a burnt chicken nugget.
*In a bar*
"Interesting if he gets more famous, I might take his quirk." Says a man on a screen.
"Master, if so, can I kill him." Said a bratty man child with a hand on his head.
*Back to Azure*
I had an interesting, near-death encounter when I was 13. While strolling and doing my nightly routine of cleaning up 'trash', I saw deep blue flames coming out of an alleyway. Normally this sounds like major death flags but if someone is committing acts of villainy, I have to stop them. As I made my way over, I saw a man in a dark hood emitting deep blue flames from his palms, but unlike my flame, his was darker than mine and the heat is much more than what I produce. The main difference being I manually manipulate the temperature, and my flames have healing capabilities.
Diving from the rooftop, my feet transformed into talons with my fire surrounding them. I aimed for his stomach but he jumped away causing me to kick his hand away.
"Hey man, if this were different circumstances, I would totally want to check out your flames," I say trying to buy time to understand this enemy, as he seems way better than any street-level thug.
"Azure Bird. That's your name right...no matter since you made that claim then I as a villain have to fight you, don't I?" Says the dark shadowy figure.
He shot a blast of fire my way and I had little to no time to analyze the situation. Due to this narrow alley, I can only fly up and leave behind the woman, but since she had a shield up, I assumed she could withstand the flames again. The bad choice I guess, was when his flames died down, I saw and smelt a freshly burnt corpse.
"Hey, why did you KILL HER!" I screamed with rage as I failed to save her, an innocent person died from his hand.
"Man, you're new aren't you, well then why don't I as a senior in fighting teach you to combat." The man says.
With rage clouding my vision as soon as I got back on the ground, I sent a wave of fire towards him forgetting that his fire is hotter and would just inevitably beat mine out.
"Lesson number 1: Never get distracted by emotions in combat." As he says that he sent another wave of fire towards me, which completely drowned mine, I swiftly dodge by jumping in the air, obscuring my vision slightly.
"Where are you!" I scream.
"Lesson number 2: Always pay attention to the enemy." He then gets above me and sends me flying with a kick deeper into the alley.
"Cough..cough…you bastard." I then sent more flames to the entrance of the alleyway since that's where he landed.
"Lesson number 3: When using flames try to shape them, if you can do that condense them to increase the power." Then he sends a dragon-shaped flame towards me. 'With my phoenix regeneration, I can easily heal that.' I thought.
While thinking of my next move I was engulfed in the heat, soon I realized that its temperature was way too much for my healing to keep up with.
Finally, when the fire died down, I slumped with my burned outfit littered across the ground. I had 2nd degree burns all over my body with my right leg having a particularly nasty 3rd-degree burn.
With my stamina drained he calmly and slowly walked towards me saying. "Lesson number 4: Never underestimate your enemy." he placed his hand around my throat.
'Is this where it ends, dying by a disgusting villain's hands... never' deciding to use a suicide move but before I could, I am stopped as he asked me an interesting question.
"What would you do if a hero is corrupt? Would you kill them?" He asked while his hand was still on my throat in a questionable position.
"Easy, I would kill the scum. Scum, no matter the title even if it was All Might I don't care I will get rid of all this scum in this society." I answer with no hesitation whatsoever.
"Hahahahahaha." I now identify the blue-haired man otherwise known as Dabi, a criminal mainly active in Japan, who's ranked S on my list of strong villains and one I should avoid at all cost, laughing hysterically.
"Well kid this is your lucky day, I'll let you go, but you should get stronger as you're too weak to eradicate the scum of this world with just yourself, not to mention you declared war on almost every villain." He said and then lifted his hand from my throat and walked away.
"Lastly, when we meet again, we'll be on opposite sides." Then his voice got farther and farther away.
I heard sirens from far away coming closer and closer.
'Well shouldn't be surprised since the fight was flashy.' I decided to transform my arms into wings and fly away before I was caught.
'Ugh, I got overconfident and beaten, battered and bruised. I guess I should fly off before the police get here. Luckily the only serious burns he gave me is the 3rd-degree burn on my right leg, with my regeneration all my burns but the one on my right leg should heal, then it will just be a burn scar and I'll be all-new.'
The police who looked up at the nice full moon saw a blue figure slowly flying away.
'That's Azure Bird' they all thought but as they were just ordinary police they couldn't do anything but report which was a useless effort.
*Flashback End*

'Man, he was strong, but with his advice, despite being a villain I enhanced myself and got stronger.'
I then realized that there were many heroes around me and that I had to get away. I released some non-destructive flames that were only for the show to blind the heroes.
Then dropping the kid on the ground, I then did a partial transformation where only my hands and legs transformed into wings and talons and quickly flew away. Because the heroes were panicking about the flames, they couldn't catch me.
* 3 hours later, somewhere in Japan*
"Hello everyone, it's your favorite furry creature. Am I a rat, a bear, a mouse who knows? Now let's start the discussion. We are here to discuss the apprehension of the vigilante known as Azure Bird." Exclaimed a small white mouse-bear hybrid on the podium.
