章節 71: New Year Story: The Only Thing I want

The New Year was right around the corner and unlike years before, something was bothering Bane. 

It wasn't the snow even though it was one of his least favorite things during this time of the year. He could just hide away in his condo with the fireplace on if he wanted to get away from it. Simple solution.

It wasn't all the lights and decorations that were scattered around New York which he could hardly understand no matter how much he tried or the humans who came to sing Christmas Carols outside his door at odd hours even after Christmas had passed. It was just a thing that was done so that humans could have fun.

What really bothered him was his complicated relationship. He had his own little mate this year, but things were still oddly complicated. He had her and yet sometimes he didn't at all.
