"You are really not gonna let your son play with the slingshot?" asked Shui Xian to Xiang Weimin.

"He is young," replied Xiang Weimin. "We will think about it once he gets a bit older."

"You are talking like it's dangerous," said Shui Xian.

"Isn't it?" asked Xiang Weimin.

"You should not be the one saying that," replied Shui Xian. "You are someone who plays with guns and daggers. You are finding slingshot dangerous for your son? That's called double standards."

"Times are different for everyone," said Xiang Weimin. "When I was young, kids loved outdoor sports. They liked having fun, being mischievous, and causing a whole lot of trouble. Now, kids seem to like their tablets and mobile phones more. It's already surprising that my son is interested in plants and books. But he isn't really a sporty guy. At least, not right now. It can change when he grows up a bit but for now, he really likes staying indoors."
