"Isn't that right, Cronus? The one who most wants to see my complete downfall is you. That's why you incited the old guys to hold an emergency shareholders' meeting to impeach me, got the cops to raid us, burned down Mesha's house, and orchestrated Zoey's disappearance. It was all to scatter all my usable forces, isolate me, and then strike me down in one fell swoop. Am I wrong?"
Sophia was shocked. She turned back to look at Cronus, hoping for a denial or an explanation. But what she saw was a smile—one of relief, yet cruel. She had never seen him smile like that before. Cronus, like Capone, someone who didn't understand what happiness truly was, looked utterly satisfied at that moment, as if all his wishes had come true!
