Dave was still silent, while Jean had kissed his lips several times and kept her eyes closed.

 Jean stopped doing it and turned her face back. The girl opened her eyes and her eyes showed sadness which made Dave's heart hurt too.

 Jean covered her mouth with both hands, while her eyes were already teary-eyed.

 "Dave ... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to ..."

 Jean got up and ran towards the stairs. Dave, who is still stuck in his mind, has now decided something that whether he will regret it in the future or not.

 Dave quickly chased after Jean who was already upstairs. And when Jean had grabbed the doorknob of her room, Dave held Jean's hand and pulled the girl's body so that Jean turned to face Dave.

 Dave held Jean's ears with both hands and tilted his head, bending his body slightly so that he could land his lips on Jean's.
