In the beginning of the story

Kris was secretly crush on a popular boy in the school called Sam since in the middle school.
When they are in high school, the world created them to meet and they became close rapidly. Everything’s fine at that time. But suddenly, the world is too cruel. Suddenly,problems are coming between Kris and Sam. Because of these problems Kris was disappeared in front of Sam's life.

After 7 years later, Kris is coming out.
And how did he change?
How will these two boys relationship be?
