Fighting Tyrion's tyranny became their priority, but when the sinister storm brought dark clouds and rain of Krakens upon their city, the lack of warriors became their fall.

After ordering all children and Mermaids who couldn't fight to flee towards the capital, the city's guardian gathered the few warriors left to fight the Krakens.

The small group had no hope of surviving that attack but was intent merely on serving as a distraction for the other Mermaids to flee, a noble sacrifice that turned out not to be necessary as the rescue party arrived just in time.
