Alex was paying his bill when his phone rang. It was Danielle. He rejected the call. 

"Not today." He said. 

She kept insisting and he finally blacklisted her. He didn't know why he didn't do it before. Maybe because Camilla liked the woman and he didn't want to make her sad. But now, he had no reason to keep her around. 

He got up and went back to where Brigitte was. She kept her word and remained there, watching out for the kid. 

"Oh, dear. Do you want to go home and rest a bit? Take a shower?" 

"No. I'm good. I just want them to let us leave here. I want to get back to Los Angeles."

"Ah, I think we will need to travel by car."

"Huh?" Alex asked. He knew nothing about babies and planes. He and Camilla ead some things about how to take care of babies, but he didn't want to travel with her and the baby so soon. To make them more comfortable, he was going to take a break from the company and be in Chicago with her for a while.
