"So you're telling me that you made a deal with Ignit that you will bring his father's eyes and in return he'll guard the weapon until you come back for it?" Thane asked.

She nodded. "I know it might sound crazy. No one could tell when someone who left will return to that place. But that's how it works in the demon realm. You cannot just leave something and expect it to still be there after how many years. You have to find someone to keep it safe."

"What would Ignit do with his father's eyes?" Zena asked.

Elisia shook keep head. "I don't know. But if he planned on harming His Majesty, I promise I will kill the kid." 

Thane sighed. "Look, I'm not someone that needs protection. If that's what you said, I trust you. Is there anything else?"

Elisia bit her lip. And Thane knew she was hiding something from him.

"Elisia, you know you can tell me everything and anything." Thane said.
