Hahaha I'm glad that I went with the hanyupinyin 'shi' and 'laoshi' at the start, or else translating all of this would really be a huge pain, and it wouldn't make sense to the readers either. Hopefully these terms do sound natural to you all now~~

I did consider going with like Teacher Zhang, but it sounded really awkward to me since no one does that in real life, so I ended up just going with the hanyupinyin.
