章節 2: Chapter 2: The Day Of The Black Sun.

9 Months Later

Naruto Uzumaki, the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi, was in suspended animation. He had been subjected to many genetically altering experiments that would have been impossible to conduct on normal shinobi or human beings.

When he first arrived, he was loud and just plain old annoying, so Orochimaru had no other alternative but to use a forbidden technique and completely place him in a comatose state.

Orochimaru's techniques had made him forget everything. He lost all his memories, including the events that had occurred in his life and even his own name. The only remnants of his past were vague sensations and emotions, but the specifics eluded him completely. Due to the brilliance of Orochimaru's methods, he slowly forget who he was entirely.

Orochimaru's aim in experimenting on him was to create the perfect vessel. His body was being genetically engineered to peak levels. Knowledge of certain fighting arts was forcibly imprinted in his mind.

However, the ultimate pinnacle of his bioengineering skills was successfully proven when he managed to finally integrate the cellular samples taken from the corpse of Naori Uchiha into the boy.

Kabuto entered the chamber, his footsteps echoing against the cold, metallic floor. He approached Orochimaru, who was deeply engrossed in studying an ancient scroll, its edges frayed and ink faded with age. "Lord Orochimaru, everything is ready," Kabuto announced, his voice steady but laced with anticipation.

Orochimaru looked up, a sly smirk spreading across his face. He walked toward the glass pod that housed Naruto, his long fingers brushing against the smooth surface. As he placed his hand on the glass, a surge of chakra flowed from him, illuminating the intricate patterns of a sealing array that began to form on the surface. The symbols glowed with a faint, eerie light, intertwining like serpents as they etched themselves into the glass, binding the pod with powerful seals.

The liquid inside the pod, a viscous, shimmering substance that had kept Naruto in suspended animation, began to evaporate slowly. Wisps of steam curled into the air, dissipating like forgotten dreams, until the pod was completely empty. The glass, now clear, revealed Naruto's still form, his features serene yet hauntingly vulnerable.

Orochimaru removed his hand from the pod, the sealing array fading as he stepped back. The glass door of the pod slid open with a soft hiss, releasing a rush of cool air. He leaned forward, carefully removing the breathing mask from Naruto's face, revealing the boy's pale skin and the faintest hint of life in his chest as it rose and fell.

Turning to Kabuto, Orochimaru's eyes glinted with a mix of triumph and malice. "Kabuto-kun, bring him to the room," he commanded, his voice smooth and confident. With a nod, Kabuto stepped forward, ready to assist, as Orochimaru turned and walked out of the chamber, the shadows of his ambitions trailing behind him.

Kabuto walked over to the pod and picked the boy up in a bridal style, cradling Naruto's unconscious form against him. He moved with purpose, exiting the chamber and making his way down the dimly lit hall. As he turned right, he entered another room, the atmosphere shifting dramatically.

This new space was illuminated by the soft glow of candles, each one carefully arranged in a perfect circle on the floor. The flickering flames cast a warm light, creating an almost reverent ambiance. In the center of the circle lay a complex sealing array, intricately designed and etched into the floor.

The seal was composed of interlocking symbols and lines, each one glowing faintly with a deep crimson hue. At its core was a large, circular symbol resembling a stylized eye, surrounded by smaller runes that radiated outward like the petals of a flower. Each rune was meticulously crafted, depicting ancient characters that spoke of binding and containment. The lines connecting the symbols were smooth and flowing, creating a web-like pattern that emphasized the array's function to hold and control the energy within.

As Kabuto laid Naruto down within the circle, the air around the seal felt charged, hinting at the powerful forces at play. The candles flickered in response, their flames dancing as if acknowledging the significance of the moment.

Orochimaru entered the room, dressed in a simple white kimono that flowed around him like water. The soft fabric contrasted sharply with the dark ambiance of the candlelit space. He glanced at Kabuto, who stepped out of the circle, a look of anticipation on his face.

With deliberate grace, Orochimaru stepped into the circle, the flickering candlelight casting shadows across his features. He slowly removed his kimono, revealing his naked body, which was lean and sinewy, marked by the scars of countless battles and experiments. His skin was pale, almost ghostly, and his long, black hair cascaded down his back, framing his sharp, angular face.

As he closed his eyes, a palpable energy began to emanate from him, the air thickening with an otherworldly presence. Orochimaru's body started to change; his form rippled as if it were made of liquid. The transformation was both mesmerizing and unsettling. His limbs elongated, twisting and contorting, while his torso began to shift, the muscles and sinews rearranging beneath his skin.

In a moment of blinding light, Orochimaru revealed his true form: a gigantic white snake composed of smaller white snakes, each one writhing and coiling in a chaotic dance. The larger serpent's scales glistened like polished ivory, reflecting the candlelight in a way that made it appear almost ethereal. Its eyes were a deep, unsettling shade of yellow, filled with an ancient wisdom and a predatory hunger. The smaller snakes that made up its body were equally pale, their movements fluid and hypnotic, as they slithered and intertwined, creating a mesmerizing pattern.

This was the Living Corpse Reincarnation technique, a method Orochimaru had developed to transfer his soul into another body. It was also known as the "Eternal Youth and Immortality Technique," a means to fuel his insatiable quest for knowledge that could not be achieved in a single lifetime. As he abandoned his current host's body, the gigantic white snake opened its maw wide, preparing to swallow the new host.

However, as Orochimaru was engulfed, he was shocked to find himself in a dark, damp sewer. The air was thick with the smell of mildew and stagnant water, and the walls were slick with moisture, glistening in the dim light. He looked up and saw a massive cage looming above him, its bars thick and rusted, casting long shadows across the ground.

This was not part of his plan; he had intended to dominate Naruto's consciousness, but now he was ensnared within the very essence of the boy's psyche. The oppressive atmosphere weighed heavily on him, and the distant sound of rushing water echoed ominously, amplifying his sense of isolation.

As he focused on the cage, he could make out the faint outline of a massive figure within—Naruto's other half, the Kyuubi, its red chakra swirling ominously around it. The creature's eyes glowed like molten gold, piercing through the darkness, filled with a mix of rage and curiosity. The sight was both awe-inspiring and terrifying, a reminder of the immense power that resided within Naruto.

Orochimaru felt a thrill of excitement and trepidation; he was not just in a new body, but also in the heart of a formidable opponent's psyche. He needed to find a way out, to regain control, but the very environment that surrounded him seemed to pulse with the boy's defiance, a stark reminder that he was not the master here.

Before Orochimaru could formulate a plan of escape, the Nine-Tailed Fox let out a deafening roar, a sound that reverberated through the very fabric of Naruto's mindscape. In a final, desperate act, it released the last remnants of its chakra, channeling all its power into a single, cataclysmic surge aimed at destroying the seal that bound it. The air crackled with energy as the Kyuubi's fury manifested, its eyes blazing with determination.

"Die!" the beast bellowed, its voice echoing like thunder. With a swift, powerful motion, it raised its massive claw and slashed at Orochimaru, the force of the strike splitting him in half. The sensation was instantaneous; Orochimaru's body was torn apart, and he screamed in agony, the sound piercing through the layers of reality as his physical form began to disintegrate.

On the outside, the seal on Naruto's body glowed with an intense light, pulsating as the Kyuubi's chakra surged through the wounds that marred Naruto's skin. The fox was breaking free, its energy seeping through the openings, but the process was only halfway complete. The buildup of energy created a vortex, a swirling maelstrom of raw chakra that began to pull everything into its gravitational pull.

The vortex expanded rapidly, drawing in the remnants of Orochimaru's chakra, the last vestiges of his existence being consumed by the overwhelming force. In a blinding flash, Naruto was sucked into the vortex, his body enveloped in a radiant light as he absorbed the chaotic energy around him. The very fabric of reality seemed to warp and twist as the vortex reached its peak, a cataclysmic event that would change everything.

In that moment, Kabuto, Orochimaru, and the entire Rice Country were obliterated in the explosion of energy, a devastating blast that left nothing in its wake. The event would forever be remembered as The Day of the Black Sun, a day when the skies darkened and the world trembled at the sheer power unleashed. The aftermath was a haunting silence, a stark contrast to the chaos that had just unfolded, marking the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of those who remained.
