Everyone turned serious at the mention of the decades long meditation that Alexander was going to enter. This was the last meeting that would be held before Alexander's reawakening.
The Commander, a middle aged Air Force officer from the earth, asked, " I beg your pardon Your Majesty, but why must you go into meditation?"
Alexander laughed and said, " Commander Holmes!!! There is no need to ask for pardon. Everyone here, is curious about the reason. Let me tell you all..... We, well!!! I have been conquering the important worlds of this galaxy continuously. All these worlds have important part to play in the future of this world. My meddling has slightly disturbed the course set by fate but it would recover after a few years.....I am not powerful enough right now to change the course of this world singlehandly. If I continue to meddle, anything could happen, the prison world build by the Rakata could collapse or the invasion of beings from the other galaxy can happen earlier or some other force entity may take birth. We would able to deal with all of them but the loss of future subjects would be immense. Also, this would reveal our existence to the galaxy and the arrogant Jedi and corrupt Senate would declare as sith under the influence of the real siths and war would happen. Alone HERMES, is capable of laying waste to the entire military might of the galaxy but this would ultimately damage our own resources. So, the majority of our forces will stick to conquer the 8 million habitable planets of the galaxy and the 25 million resource planets marked by the droids while the people aboard this carrier will be responsible for conquering the deep core. I am going into meditation to increase my power. The fate of this world is up for grasp when the clone wars begin. We will strick then."
Minister Thompson asked, " What are your orders for this time frame?"
Alexander, " I have 10.32 Trillion beings and 7 Trillion Ballastians under me right now. I want you to employ those who are not engaged in the conquest expedition, to build the facilities required for the construction of 'Project Fortress' and 'Project Olympians'. As these two projects would require massive amount of resources, we will not use the time ritual but the work will be done continuously. The facilities will be build on the kingdom and will be covered by powerful wards do that no one could see or hear what's going on inside. I don't want the workers to be disturbed by media. Why the hell I have allowed the continued existence of stalkers under the guise of media personnel is beyond me?....For the betterment of my subjects, I declare this practice to be illegal and anyone found following this found have to serve in the mines for 25 years.
Also, order the PTO will be selling the already conquered planets from 740 A.R.R. Till then, ask them to double the sale of planets both in individual sector and bulk sector. The galaxy has now many newly ascended trillionaires who have nothing better to do then, flaunt in front of others. When, the sales begin to go down, start selling the lowest density Phrik planets once a decade. This will keep the business going."
Minister Jackson, " Your Majesty!!! Will we continue to build the building with quantum metal or divert the resources to construct the facilities?"
Alexander asked, " Do we have enough resources to fully build our kingdom with quantum metal?"
Minister Jackson, " Yes, Your Majesty!! It will take 150 years to accomplish this task."
Alexander said in a hard tone, " Then employ the time ritual to do this work. Don't completely cover the kingdom with the ritual. Do this job in phases. Also, develop the facilities required to manufacture the various starships and carriers. After all this is done then, start the two megaprojects. Focus on 'Project Fortress' more. Anything someone else want to ask?"
Minister Jackson, " Your Majesty!! The rate of child birth has been incredibly massively over the past few years. We have tried to stop the subjects but returning them to their peak conditions had.....AH!!! How to say this??.... Yes!!!...has reignited their youthful passions. This are the reports. What should we do?"
Looking at the reports, Alexander was surprised at the amount of procreation his subjects were doing. Alexander thought, " Looks like no work and free facilities has taken their minds to somewhere else. I have to rectify this."
Alexander looked up and said, " I have not established this kingdom to entertain freeloaders. Stop all the production of civilian products. Now, the kingdom's factories will be only used for military purposes. Sell the factories which were producing civilian products to the people of the kingdom. The government will have only 30 percent share in these factories. From now on, only the basic health facilities will be free and all the youth will get free education up to the high school. After that, they will have to apply for colleges and universities. Put down an eligibility criteria for applying for different tiers of institutions. Minister Jackson form a regulations department which will oversee all these semi-private institutions. The people working under this department, will have their identities hidden and will be magically sworn in to do their work with honesty and integrity. I don't want any form of corruption in my kingdom. Now, are there any other issues?"
Everyone justed shook their heads and answered with a firm ' No'. Alexander let out a sigh and said, " This will be a tough period for you as you will have to deal with any issues popping up by yourself. This will also prepare you for the cultivation worlds. I want you all to prepare a list of your potential successors. I will conduct a hard test for them in order to choose the next Department Head. I think 275 years of duty will be enough for all you. We will meet again when I will reawaken. Good Luck!!" Alexander then shifted away from the meeting room. Everyone let out sad sighs and then, looked resolutely at each other.
Anna stepped forward and said, " Let's Take a Vow."
Everyone placed one hand on top of each other and declared in a determined voice, " WE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT HIS MAJESTY!!!"
UNKNOWN TEMPERATE PLANET, UNKNOWN REGIONS:
Alexander smiled at witnessing the determination of his subjects and said, " I know that you won't disappoint me." Alexander then entered a heavily warded cave and slid down a steep slide to reach the cavern he had made underground. The whole cavern was lined with quantum metal and had golden circle made on them. Alexander looked around to admire his handiwork and said, " All these runes will help me in masking the tremendrous flow of force that will occur here. According to my calculations, I will be able to awaken 365 Billion magic cells in one year with the help of this chamber. Still, at the end of this 275 years long advancement session, I will be only able to awaken 100.375 trillion magic cells in my body. If only the use of time ritual was possible but this ritual interferes with the movement of the force. Alas!!! Being a dragon is truly tragic." Alexander had let out a truly sad and mournfull sigh at the end. If the countless magic gods and goddesses could hear Alexander's words, they would have done all they could do in order to kill the ungrateful bastard. Alexander, purely due to the amount of magic in his body was going to live for hundreds of millions of years, let alone him being a dragon. Alexander had more magic power than the various Supreme Gods of magic residing in the multiverse. The only thing was that his magic was much less potent than them but the pure power difference was so huge that it was not even funny. Alexander sat down in the middle of the ritual chamber and entered into deep meditation.
788 A.R.R, VILLA No. 0001, ROYAL SECTOR, FORTIS EMPIRE:
A large crowd of teenagers were standing before a magnificent villa with huge gardens, walkways and arches, on the right hand side of the Royal Palace. The teenagers were looking at the Villa with awestruck expressions. A red haired young woman, dressed in a green pencil dress, which highlighted her womanly figure while giving her a professional look, was heard saying in a sweet but firm voice, " We are right now standing before the Villa No. 1 of The Royal Sector. Can someone tell me the history of the Royal Sector?"
A smart looking boy spoke up, " Teacher Bones!! The Royal Sector is developed around the Royal Palace of the Fortis Empire. The sector was developed after The Emperor went into seclusion. There are 1,000 villas in this sector. The Villa numbered 1, in front of which we are standing , houses the most power person of the kingdom in absence of The Emperor, the representative of The Emperor, Mrs. Anna Williams."
A young girl spoke up in an excited voice, " Where is the Royal Palace? Why can't we see it?"
The smart fellow from before snorted and said, " Dumbo!!! The Royal Palace was hidden under a Fidelus when a mad fellow tried to break into it and was beheaded by the Royal guards for his deed. The Royal Guards, The Imperial Regulators and The Imperial Intelligence Agency are the three most mysterious groups of our kingdom. According to the grapevine, one has to be atleast a Rank 30 Magus to become a Royal Guard."
A burly looking teen snarled and said, " Gossiping Encyclopedia, if you dare to once again insult my little sister, I will knock your teeth into your stomach."
The fellow from before snorted and said, " I dare you to try."
Another teen spoke up and said, " Hey Encyclopedia!!! Have you heard about 'The Ripping Incident Of The Science Department' , which happened before the Emperor went into seclusion?"
The smart guy answered in an irritated tone, " Yes, I have. According to the records, The Emperor was touring the kingdom in disguise and had entered the headquarters of the science department while in disguise, where an arrogant man had insulted The Emperor. The Emperor had gotten angry as the man had flaunted the ' Law Against Discrimination' made by The Emperor himself and proceeded to rip off the entire arm of the offender and sentenced him to run on the sadists' track. But, The Emperor was kind and healed the offender and ordered his arms to be regrown by a ritualistic healer."
The teen who had asked the question replied, " Well!!! Based on your behaviour, you are going to share a similar fate like that fellow." The smart fellow glared at the teen but before he could reply, Teacher Bones spoke up in a harsh voice, " Silence!!! This is not your classroom where I sometimes overlook such stupid behaviour. We are standing in the Royal Sector, have some manners or you will land yourselves in serious trouble. The Imperial Punishers don't differentiate in child and adult. Well!!! They don't have the same punishment for children but many problematic teenagers were made to run their torture track. Not one of them was able to complete even the first lap."
A duo of boys looking like bonafide prankstets said in a voice full of admiration, " Yes!!! Our idols, 'The Marauders' and 'The Weasley TWINS'. We will surely continue their legacy." Everyone rolled their eyes at the hopeless duo and Teacher Bones said, " Let's move on to the Science Department." They reached the Science Department in a few minutes, curtsey of the super fast anti-grav carrier, provided by the academy. A mean looking guard with hawk eyes stopped them at the door.
Teacher Bones stepped forward while handing over her identity card and said," I am Magus Susan Bones, from Imperial Magus Academy, leading a group of Category-A Magi High Schoolers, for a educational tour of the Science Department." The guard checked on his terminal and allowed them to move inside.
789 A.R.R, OFFICE OF THE IMPERIAL REPRESENTATIVE, ADMINISTRATIVE SECTOR:
A woman could be seen sitting behind a huge desk, signing a bunch of documents. A knock was heard and the woman looked up and her face was revealed. The woman was Anna who now looked to be in her early 30s. Anna said in a firm voice, " Come In!!"
A middle aged woman with a kind face came in and said, " Mrs. Williams!!! There is a report for you."
Anna smile and said, " Mrs. Trunks, How many times I have told you to call me Anna?" Mrs. Trunks did not reply and just stood their waiting for further instructions. Anna smiled and read the report. Mrs. Trunks watched as her face gradually turned serious and grim. Mrs. Trunks asked, " What happened, Mrs. Williams?"
Anna said in a serious voice, " The men of Darth Sidious have managed to steal an old droid station from the Trade Federation's Junkyard. As you know tensions are increasing between Naboo and the Federation , due to the expansion policies followed by the Trade Federation to increase our speed of conquest. I have already told the Viceroy of Federation to not be too overzealous in his attempts but he returns to his old ways after a while. It's his loyalty and devotion to the Empire that stops me from removing him from his position. Now, the sith lord wants to incite a conflict betwen the Federation and Naboo. For what end? I don't know."
Suddenly a British voice echoed in the room, " Madam Representative!! The SQC has send a message."
Anna nearly jumped out of her seat and said while looking up at the roof, " How many times I have told you Sam, to not to scare me like this?"
Sam replied in a cheerful voice, " One hundred and fifty thousand times since the day of my installation in this office, Madam!!"
Anna smiled and asked, " What's the message?"
Sam replied, " The message is weird as I have no record of such codes in my databanks. The SQC has send the message that it's time to execute Code 000-275-001. The SQC has also send a file which demands some password.I don't understand the meaning of this, Madam!!"
Anna laughed loudly after hearing the message and said while laughing, " It has come...Hah!!!....Hah!!!The time has come."
Sam asked in a doubtful voice, " Mrs. Trunks, I think that madam had finally cracked under the pressure and has lost her bearings. Shall I call the mental hospital?"
Anna stopped her laughing and said, " Stop right there, Sam!! This is such good news."
Mrs. Trunk asked, " What is the good news, Mrs. Williams?"
Anna smiled and said, " The Emperor had specified certain conditions in which he could be requested to come out of his seclusion. Thankfully, none of them happened. The Emperor had also given a time frame after which he had to be awakened from his deep meditation. The SQC has send the message that the time has been up and as per the Emperor's instructions, we have been would send the file by SQC which contains the coordinates of the planet on which The Emperor had entered seclusion." Anna opened the file and entered the password and a star map opened in front of her. The map showed the way to one planet in the region of the star wars galaxy, known to called as The Unknown Regions by the inhabitants of the galaxy.
Anna looked up from the map with shinning eyes and said in an excited tone, " It's time to bring back Our Emperor!!!"
