“How do you know that?” Etienne was almost at the point when he might involuntarily change to a wolf. Unlike Alexei, he was unused to such casual cruelty.

Julio continued, his words spilling out like water from an open dam. “He used to play with himself while he watched me walk naked around the house. He lied. He could still get it up, and even come, but it didn’t stay up long enough to have forced sex. So instead, he had his friends come over to rape me while he watched. They used to drug me and bring other kids. I never remembered what happened, just that it was bad.”

Etienne composed himself before he went feral and started tracking these sick humans down.

“I fell for it all. His generosity and kindness were ploys to set me up. I knew what Donal was going through because I had been there.”
