So the techniques he decide were simple and basic.

{Cloud Wind Steps:It is movement technique that allows user to use wind element to the best and it allow person to travel inm air for short distance.}
{prime concealment technique: A person can conceal him self with this technique. It depends on the persons level of mastery and cutivation level, that decides if a persaon can safely conceal himsenlf or not from the enemy.}
{primal shapeshift technique: A person can change his looks or style with this technique.
It depends on the oppenents cultivation or martial arts if they see through the disguise or not.}
{Primordial yin-yang union: It is a dual cultivation technique where a male and female have sex to increase their cultivation. This technique helps them to make bond with each other.}
He also decided to learn many techniques that can help him in dual cultivation like

Shen xiao spend almost five hours practicing all the techniques in training ground. As he was already a martisl artist so he didn't faced any poblems learning basic fighting technique and Weapon master. He got little trouble in lerning cloud wind steps but he easily learnt its first stage with help of wind origin fairy.
In almost five hours he learnt all the techniques that he selected for himself. but outside it less than 2 hours.
He also decided to practice his golden spirit body technique, This body technique was special for his physique and it has four mortal stages.
1. Blood condensation - In this stage a person has to purify its blood and awaken it.
2. Body forging - In this stage person has to rebuilt his body and strenchen its flesh.
3. meridian operning - In this phase of body technique a person has to strengthen its meridians so that primal qi can flow easily.
4. bone forging - In this realm a person has to upgrade his bones into goden bones and strenghen them to maximum of the mortal level.
Shen xiao was currently at second level of body strengthening technique as his blood was already awakened by sacred tree and his body was also strengthened to some extent
After learning those techniques he decided to go to gravity ground. When he reached there he decided to increase the gravity by 2 times.
As the gravity increased he suddenly fall on the ground and was unable to lift his finger from the ground. The pressure was to much for his body.
He spent next 3 hours in gravity training ground but he was barely able to sit there after training there for three hours.
He was completely exhausted in training ground he decided to rest there. He spent another three hours resting in training grounds.
Meanwhile, all the fairies were watching him and helping him time to time. They were shocked by his concentration on training.
After he was done resting, time origin fairy flew towards him and said " master you are amazing yot only mastered all the techniques You also increased your cultivation to middle stage of qi manifestation realm. You also trained your body , your concentration is amazing and will to train is strong. I am sure you will the strongest very fast."
"I don't know about that but i surely need get stronger get revenge and find my parents." said Shen xiao
"I think its time for me go out of spirit space, next time i will bring my family with me and teach them cultivation." he thought
"I haven't seen spirit tower yet. i ll see it next time, now i should go back and sleep for some time before going to college." said Shen Xiao

" Can you guys come out of this space." he asked
"Yes master we can come outside with you but no one can see us except for you. We also cannot use our power on anyone outside this space. Although we can help you a little but we will tell you about that latter." said the dark fairy
