Using the Book of Destiny, the incarnation controlled or established the destiny of everything in this Great Thousand World--inuding mortals, nonliving things, objects and cultivators. When people with a talent for cultivation are born, their names will automatically appear in the book, and the incarnation will establish their destiny.
