章節 83: Tell the truth

All he could do was to keep on trying her mobile phone. In half an hour Mike called him.

"The house is locked." Mike informed.

Leaving college Mike didn't go to Nora's place instead went back to his home. It makes no sense for him to give a visit there when he already knows where Nora is. 

With much contemplation he finally called Parth to lie. For Mike it wasn't easy for him. Between his friendship and his entertainment he had to choose one.

He flipped a coin too. But the result was to choose Parth over his enjoyment. In the end he decided to not be a selfish person and choose to lie. 

"Locked?" Parth sounded worried.

"Hmm. A legit Lock. Neighbours told me that the family, a few days ago, went back from where they had come."

"... Went back?"

"Yeah. But you know how neighbours can be. We can't be sure. Don't worry, I'll try to contact Nora again. And if-"

"Give me Ryan's number." He demanded.
