章節 570: Found a house
In Los Angeles, Jeff and JoAnna went together to see the Mediterranean style villa which JoAnna saw with Bridgette previously, and Jeff agreed that it's great. They decided to make an offer and get the house.
Enrique, the real estate agent for sellers didn't show up, but JoAnna didn't think that is anything unusual.
They found out that there will be some slight delay since owners are out of the country and that they will be back in about two weeks. At that time, they can negotiate price and sign the paperwork. Jeff and JoAnna got a verbal promise that sellers will talk with them first, even if someone else shows interest in that property. At the same time, owners said that property will not be publicly listed.

- S&A are getting their house and will go to attend their graduation.
- J&J are getting their house and preparing for wedding.
- S&F are settling down in new house and preparing for THE baby.
