For him to come across Daolords would be extremely rare as such existences were geniuses upon genius to reach such a stage without the help of something like the Primordial Empire, and coming across those with Edicts was nigh impossible!

A great deal of amazing ideas of Edicts in yesterday's chapter comments, with some being so extensive and overpowered that they are far above Minor Edicts and reach the level of Greater Edicts or even ******* Edicts! We should be seeing two or three make their appearance in the future, where it could be the full Edict itself, a portion of it included in another Edict, or just the name proposed used for another Edict ^.^
