The next day, Penelope plucked up her courage and coolly told Harry that if he gave her number out again that she would report him to Shelly. He seemed surprised but also oddly chastened by her words. 

"I'm sorry if it made you uncomfortable in any way," he apologized. "I know I can be too casual with people, especially since I already feel like we're friends due to our connection through Missy. It won't happen again."

What good was it not happening again when the only person in the world who she didn't want to have her number already had it?! But Penelope ended up accepting his apology and moving on. He was her boss. She could be magnanimous this once. 

He really was a mischievous little imp, wasn't he? The anecdotes from her other self's journals seemed to be in line with his character here as well.
