"Milady," Reyna begged and Irene stared at her for a few moments with her eyes narrowed before she dropped her head on the table with a small bang.

Her sudden action made Kieran step forward immediately in concern, his smile vanishing at once. His hand stretched out. But he stopped himself in time when he realized where he was and in what situation he was.

"Milady," Reyna screamed and Irene rested on her cheek as she blinked blankly.

"I am fine, Reyna. Don't worry." She mumbled and stretched her arms until they were supporting her head. "I am so annoyed." She kicked her legs and Kieran, who was halfway through reaching her, returned to his original position and leaned against the pillar again, his smile of amusement returning to his lips.
