"Your cooking is surprisingly good. Unlike your personality." I take the final mouthful of rice as Orion scratches his cheek awkwardly.

"That's an insult isn't it." He sighs as he slumps against the table in a defeated manner.

"I complimented your cooking, though fried rice is one of the few easy foods to cook." I finish swallowing before making my remark.

To be honest, I was only trying to distract myself from the fresh scent of soap coming from his freshly bathed body. If I didn't try to, I feel like I'd be taken over by his scent emanating from the entirety of his room.

"You're right, though. It's the only dish I can cook. So I mostly order out. I don't know about that personality remark though." Orion pats my head before picking up the empty plates.

"Ah... I'll do the dishes." I get up to trail after him as Orion gestures at me not to bother declining his hospitality.
