And their guilt breaks them down, and causes more damage than he suffered. on a distant thought, maybe it's for the best he doesn't end up with Avey ever. Let her guilt eat her away bit by bit, all her life. hope she isnt regressed to right her wrongs, but to pay for her sins. Same for the rest. They don't deserve a second chance, after all they are just being nice to mc to ease their guilt. i even doubt they actually care, if they did, they would know their faces are the last thing he wanted to see right now

The story is amazing keep going. I hope ML moves out of his stupid family and heals. I want him to get his act together too, Avey is a very painful past there is nothing left anymore . In one life , he can give her everything he can give . Now ML can't go back to that anymore there is no trust nothing left . I want him to stop expecting even a little bit and move on he needs to start living. He needs to give himself a chance, and with the reward he received it's easy for him . I hope he leaves them all behind his family, avey and move on . They were never his safe place they resemble pain nothing else. I want ML to figure out all the other characters are also back in time . I don't think ml is stupid enough not to realise this . I want him to understand what they are trying to do ease their guilt nothing else. They nearly broke the ml now they want to be mother or sister or lover he wanted what's the point they killed him already, they broke him. Let him be at peace, maybe find new love or something like first he needs to heal himself. At the end if he feels that ok, now I can move on , truly forgive them, then it's ok. As a reader what I want to know or expect from future story is What is Lucian without all this pain without all these stupid expectations of love from his so called family or so called love for Avey ? who is Lucian? Does only his pain define him ? what more can he be ? Does Lucian in his new life ,want to remain as an broken character who was hurt by everyone he cared and loved and deal with the mess of other characters who now remember everything and are back in time? Deal with their emotions and their quest for forgiveness, easing of their guilt and stuck dealing with these characters and their emotions? what more can Lucian be ? Can or will he be able to find himself?

author your story is fantastic but here are two problems i noticed. First you reason of world plot blinding the mom and avery is ok idea but the problem is the execution. you gave the readers 2-3 paragraphs about this phenomenon and they were even scattered throough different chapters. this type of mistake are done by fanfic writers they expect the reader to understand the plot of main story from beginoing, like for example a harry potter fanfic which you cant read if you dont know the plot of harry potter but this is fine for fanfic writers as nobody reads a fanfic without trying the main stry earlier. But the problem here is you didnt exacly gave enough premise abouut this world plot blinding mom and avery to make it beleiable for readers. Some readers just looked past it and ignored it and some said bs. since you said that you are a newbie i hope you will correct your mistakes in the future. 2nd problem is grammer, just use grammerly and thats enough

This review is based on the first 26 chapters. I recommend this story. That's my conclusion. Now to the point why I am writing this review. Don't hate the female characters, I can understand why you do, but honestly, if I were in their position, I would react the same. The plot might be cliché, but in this kind of plot the affected person doesn't have a choice. We can't comprehend how it is to be affected by a curse so I refrain from judging the female characters. That doesn't mean Lucian doesn't have the right to feel how he feels, he has every right to do so, but I hope he at least forgives the females. Not now but somewhere in the future, when he realizes it wasn't their fault (Yup I think it isn't their fault).
