"... pardon?" Despite the turmoil of emotions Ana was feeling, her eyes opened wide as the word registered in her mind. "You want me to marry Cent?" she looked at the woman in confusion when Grace nodded. 

A heavy feeling filled her chest but she ignored it and forced a smile on her face. 

"Despite the way he behaves, he is a nice man. And since you have a history, it would not be so difficult. Would it?" The smile worsened on her face as she struggled for words. The darkening face of Cent and his fiery burning eyes did not help her as she gulped.
