"Aah, I am so tired. My body is so sore. I never knew that Garrison could be such a devil." Meredith laughed again, then as if reminded of something, she covered her lips with her hands and stared at Ana with a guilty look.

She had thought that it would not affect her anymore but she was so wrong. It felt like a dagger was stabbed into her heart again and again until she was bleeding all over.

Maggie stared at frozen Anna who stood there tall and proud, but the moment the carriage left, she staggered and puked.

"Lady Ana." Maggie rubbed her back softly when she quivered and puked again. Tears made her eyes blurry.

How long have they been standing there like that when they heard footsteps behind her. It was Diana who had come in search of her daughter.
