Eliseline shook her head, to remove all the distracting thoughts from her head.

She gathered mana in her Vasa, and willed for an explosion to occur. Her goal was to do it without revealing any of her intent. In one second exactly, she managed to create the spell.

In her eyes, she could see strands of a blue energy gather alongside wisps of blue smoke. The blue strands took control over the air, gathered it all in one spot, then blew it all up with one spark. 

The blue strands were her mana. The blue smoke was her intent. She became able to see them after Savine worked on her eyes. Before then, Eliseline was only able to feel one of those two things. Her intent.

Though Eliseline could feel mana in the air if it was just floating around, it was impossible to feel them when they were being used to create a spell. The only thing from a spell that a mage could feel was the intent of the spellcaster.
