Despite not being given for adoption, her father change her treatments towards her daughter. He accepted her and treasured her the most. She became her little princess, and shows favoritism towards his three children's. And because of such treatment, she became her mother's unwanted child. She started emotionally abusing her.
Thinking up to this, Aline began to pity herself and unknowingly to her her self confidence started to deminish. She became a person who would always isolate herself from anyone even towards her family.
Through out her childhood, she was being treated unfairly, emotionally and physically abuse.
When her father learns what his wife and her family is doing towards her daughter, family disagreement begins, he left his wife but Mae keeps on using her children to threaten his husband.

" Aline wait up" Shen keeps on shouting to her best friend while running towards her. "I'm already exhausted and tired."
" Walk faster or else we won't have enough time to watch the concert. It's already getting dark and I need to get back soon. They will scold at me again, my brother is at oversea. Nobody will protect me from that house." Aline said to her best friend. Shen and Aline are now at their senior highschool. Three months more and they will be graduating. They're both have the same life story, being a battered siblings to their family. They met during their third year in highschool. They are enemies at first then became best friends.
"ok, I got it. so please just don't run and let's just walk. I'm really exhausted." Shen said. " I'm so excited to go to college, and leave my family and started my own life outside, Aline. hey, What's your plan after graduation?"
