People began to gather by the beachside and gazed at Dragon Island in the distance with looks of concern before they saw the dragon flew into the sky only to be caught by numerous nets binding it.

"Someone is trying to catch our city's guardian!" a lady immediately cried. 

"What! Who dares?!"

Without surprises, the crowd was immediately incensed before they began reaching out to all their connections to seek an answer. 

However, it did not take long before a middle-aged man within the gathered crowd mentioned, "If I'm not wrong, it should be peacekeeping forces under Captain Nikolai's lead!"
