To say Lyov understated how much snow would fall...
was itself an understatement.
Her knight-husband laughed and shook his head when she opened the cabin door to a...full wall of snow, and then gaped back at him, accusatory.
"....Ah. Well. This is more snow than usual..." Lyov mused as he carefully closed the door, trying not to let in any more snow. "No riding back to the palace in this weather."
Phoenix hummed. "Even dear Tenshi can't be expected to use his fire to melt enough snow that we'd be able to ride a carriage and horses out of this."
"It's still coming down." Alex commented mildly as he walked down the steps. "Although it's not up to the level of the balcony yet."
Isabelle turned toward Alex. "Eh? You can still go outside on the balcony?"
"Tenshi melted the snow around the door there."
"Ah..."
Isabelle's head tilted a bit.
"...And the roof doesn't collapse? The windows?"
I keep trying to do something, but each day I sit down to write after work I keep passing out while I'm trying to write over and over and just end up with fluff and cute. I need to steal some of Isabelle's naps.
