"You're..." She mumbled. "You're kidding me."

Phoenix laughed, shook his head, and sat back in his seat. "Have you considered becoming a professional gambler, Alexander?"

The man hummed. "I prefer gardens to gambling halls."

"Mmmh...terrible taste, really."

"Sore loser.." Alexander's lips flickered into a small smile, before he turned his gaze to Isabelle. "And why are you not on your knees?"

She paused, then, swallowing roughly at the command. It was spoken so casually...like it was expected.

Isabelle carefully slid out of her seat and slipped onto the floor, crawling on her hands and knees over toward his chair.

"Come now." He tilted her head up with his hand. "You seem unsure where to look. How about..." He brushed a hand down his abdomen. "Here."
