章節 6: Dragon Ball Begins!
The next morning Yozu and Bulma were both dressed for their journey and is currently giving their parents hugs, "Make sure to look after her Yozu" Dr Bried spoke to Yozu who nodded with a bright smile, "Make sure to look after him Bulma" Panchy spoke with Bulma while handing over a bag, Bulma took the bag with a red face while nodding shyly. "Make sure to being Souvenirs!" Panchy called out when Yozu and Bulma climbed into the car and drove away.
"So where are we heading to?" Yozu spoke to Bulma who was currently looking at the Radar, "It's in that direction, about a few thousand kilometres" Bulma answered to which Yozu nodded as he stepped down on the accelerator since from here on there were no traffic cops around, they sped along the way till they came across a wild area with animals. Even the road became a bit bumpier along the way, after a long time Yozu came across a peculiar child wearing an orange martial arts outfit with a brown furry tail pulling an oversize fish.
Yozu made sure to stop the car a distance away, he noticed the boy was glaring at the car "You Monster! You are here to steal my catch!" But when the door opened the boy stopped in his tracks seeing Yozu climbing out, "a Human came out of the monster? Then you must be a monster!" The boy leaps towards Yozu with a jumping kick but Yozu easily grasped his shin before tossing the boy to crash on top of his fish, "I am a human, the name is Yozu"
"EH!? Your not a monster then what is that!" The boy pointed at the car then a globe went off in his head as he bowed to Yozu, "Sorry I forgot to introduce myself, My name is Goku Son" Goku introduced himself polite to which Yozu nodded as he realized this boy must have grown up in the wild alone in a primitive manner if he did not know of vehicles, "This is not monster, this is a car. You can think of it as a Man-made Horse" When Goku heard Yozu's explanation his eyes grew wider as he nods "I see!"
Feeling Curious Goku went to look around the car, but when he peeked inside the car he saw Bulma who was currently looking at the radar, When Bulma look at the window to see Goku squashing his face against the window "KYAAAA!" Out of reflex, she kicks the door open sending Goku flying a few metres but he twisted his body as he lands on his feet. "OW! That hurts!" Goku complained while holding his face as he glared at Bulma, but she snorted "It's your fault for doing something like that" Bulma answered.
Goku lowered his body to attempt to attack Bulma to exact his revenge but he received a chop on his head "Did you not learn to not attack girls?" Hearing Yozu's words Goku's eyes widen "She is a girl!? But why don't you two have tails? I heard from Grandpa boys have tails while girls don't" Bulma blushed at Goku's words while Yozu smirked as he found this grandfather really interesting to use such terms to teach his grandchild, "Where is your grandfather?" Hearing the question of Yozu, Goku's face became a bit gloomy "He passed on"
Yozu patten Goku's head causing Goku to pause before looking at Yozu who gazed at him with pity, "Where is your home? We will take you there" Yozu asked, Goku turned to pick up his fish "It is not far from here" Yozu nodded as he transformed the car back into a capsule before he and Bulma followed Goku along the pathway till they reached a lonely rundown place built alone in the surroundings when Goku pushed open the door the first thing to capture Yozu's eyes was the four-star dragon ball.
Bulma was about to move but Yozu held her hand, "Goku, is that ball over there yours?" Goku who heard this nodded "Yes, it belonged to my grandfather" Yozu nodded as he could understand perhaps it was important to Goku, "Could we borrow the ball?" Hearing this Goku's eyes squinted, "No it belonged to my grandpa" Yozu nodded at Goku's words as he took out a two-star dragon ball and the five star from his backpack showing it to Goku. "OH! You have two of them!?"
Yozu nodded, "We want to bring the balls together, don't you want to see other balls like your grandpa's ball" Bulma blushed at Yozuro's wording was not wrong but not right either, Goku thought for a moment and then came up with a solution "Only if I keep it with me" Hearing this Yozu felt like laughing since it sounded like he was saying that he will borrow himself, but since Goku was quite powerful for his age Yozu did not mind bringing along this kid.
"Very well, welcome aboard Goku" Yozu stick out his hand to which Goku slapped it "Same to you Yozu! And who are you again?" Bulma almost slipped by Goku's words, "I never introduced myself, I am Bulma Brief, and I am Yozu's girlfriend" Goku nodded but then felt shocked "Y-You're a girl!? But your so soft and weak" Bulma nodded while leaning against Yozu, "That's right, girls are soft and weak since we have our boyfriends who protect us"
"OH!!!" Goku nodded as he came over to check out Yozu and Bulma, but before he could pat her private part it was blocked by Yozu, "That is wrong to touch a girl there" Goku nodded as a student learning from his master but Yozu underestimated this boy's naivete as Goku understood at face value and began to pat Yozu's crotch, he tilts his head patting some more before looking at Yozu "Why is yours so much bigger than mine?"
Bulma blushed beet red as such information was a bit too much for her wild imagination as from now on her curious gaze would go towards Yozu's crotch from time to time, Yozu rubbed his forehead before teaching Goku some manners but never he would expect Goku to think he should only act like that towards Yozu and Bulma as Goku thought it was their culture and rules.
"So why do you fu gather all these balls?" Goku asked curiously, Bulma became excited "Well I read a document that explained when you collect all seven dragon balls something amazing happens, when you recite the magic words upon all balls are gathered Shenlong or also know as the Dragon God among dragons will appear to grant your wish" Goku nodded at Bulma's explanation although more than half the things he did not understand but he knew it was amazing.
"Apparently the balls scatter after a wish has been made which is why we are collecting them" Bulma spoke as she placed the two and five star balls back into Yozu's backpack. Goku went to pack his bag while taking along his grandpa's four-star ball and his stick, Yozu did not ask for the ball as he already concluded the ball was important for Goku so he could speak with Goku again when they collected the last remaining balls.
While Yozu was taking out his capsule container, Bulma was explaining the Dragonball radar to Goku as he was quite curious how Yozu and Bulma intend to find these balls. Yozu pressed the button of the capsule as the vehicle that came out was a Hummer which Yozu ordered specially for when they are driving on rough roads. "OH! Another monster!" But Goku did not attack but climbed in, "Whoa! This is more comfortable than my bed!" Goku jumped around a bit before taking his seat.
Yozu climbed in the driver seat while Bulma took the passenger seat, when the hummer started Goku began to shiver as his face became pale. Bulma giggled at him before explaining a bit about cars to make Goku relax a bit as Yozu started to drive off towards their next destination. "UWA!? This is going faster than I can run!?" Goku glued at the window watching the scenery flash past his eyes. Bulma smirked as she rests her hands on Yozu's thigh, after a few minutes Bulma squeezed Yozu's leg prompting him to stop the car.
"What's going on? Why are we stopping?" Goku asked looking at Bulma who ran behind a bush, "No need to worry, Bulma only needs to do something. Anyway, Goku you studied Martial Arts before have you?" Hearing this Goku nodded his head wih a cheeky grin "My grandpa taught me" Yozu nodded at Goku's words, but suddenly Yozu felt another presence as he summons his boosted gear in gauntlet mode "UWA! Fairy Magic!?"
Yozu ignored Goku's surprised look as he sprints in the direction Bulma was, [Boost - Explosion!] Before the massive Pterodactyl dinosaur could grab a hold on Bulma who was relaxedly relieving herself, Yozu slammed his fist into its chest killing it before it exploded off far away. Luckily Bulma was finished with her business before she screamed out of surprise, but when she saw Yozu she felt relieved as she pulls up her pants after applying finishing touches before leaping onto Yozu's back.
"Thank you for protecting me darling" Bulma muttered as she kissed Yozu's cheek but held onto him since she wanted to be carried, Yozu smiled as he carried Bulma on her back only to see a rushing Goku "What's going on!? I heard a scream" Yozu chuckled "It was only a little birdy that farted" Goku nodded "Oh! He must have eaten something really bad to fart that loud" Bulma who saw Goku believing Yozu began to giggle.
The three of them re-entered the Hummer as they continued their journey, after a few hours the sun was setting and they were driving over a manmade bridge. Goku's stomach began to growl loudly "I'm hungry" Bulma exasperated as she never heard someone's stomach growl that loud in her life, Yozu nodded "We will be stopping soon then I will cook us some dinner" Hearing this both Bulma and Goku became excited with drool forming at the corner of their lips although for two different reasons.
When Yozu stopped the car Bulma climbed out ahead while Goku followed her, Yozu made sure to sense the surroundings before transforming the car into a capsule. This time Bulma took her own capsule pressing it before tossing it in the open plain as it began to transform in a big Igloo structured house with a single door and several windows at different locations. "UWA! So cool!" Goku was totally oblivious of the world to the point it made Yozu feel a bit sad as the three of them entered the house.
"HUH!? Why is it Daylight in here?" Hearing this Yozu almost slipped face-first wondering just how primitive this boy lived to not know about lights, he left the explanations to Bulma as he went to the kitchen to start cooking. Suddenly Yozu heard Bulma scream, when he came out he noticed she was covering her nose as he was certain Goku did not take a bath, but to his surprise, Goku did not know what bathing was.
"Bulma can you continue the cooking while I will help Goku Bath" Yozu spoke, Bulma felt a bit reluctant but still allowed Yozu to take Goku in for a bath, if Yozu were to explained how he felt about the experience in teaching a primitive person how to bath. He would say it was disastrous, as Goku kept being surprised at everything and Yozu had to explain it all to him. When Yozu came out he told Bulma that Goku's tail was really shocking her to her core, but since Yozu was with her she was not afraid of Goku.
"Dinner is ready" Bulma muttered as she held Yozu's hand and the two of them went to sit on the small circular dining table with three chairs, "Oh! What are these things?" Goku asked while looking at the food curiously and calling the coffee soup, after enjoying their meal but since Goku was still hungry he went out while Yozu and Bulma relaxed in the lounge room. "Yozu, are you sure that boy is necessary for the trip?" Bulma asked looking at Yozu she was leaning against his chest, "Well he makes it more interesting, I never met a boy as oblivious to the world as this one" Yozu chuckled.
"Besides, I want to introduce this boy to my sensei since that old man needs to keep himself busy or more women will get traumatised by him" Yozu smiled as he closes his eyes to rest, Bulma snorted but she soon has forgotten about it as she fell asleep peacefully in Yozu's embrace. Later Goku Knocked on the door before opening, seeing the wolf he caught "Goku, Roast it outside" Yozu smiled wryly as Goku nodded before leaving the house.
