Ren attempted to sit up, but Terim gently pushed him back down, his face etched with concern. Ren's gaze softened as he looked at the worried teenage
"How are you? Why are you always getting targeted by perverts? Don't you know how to fight? Shout for help? Kick them so hard that they lose their ability to stand it up!" Terim's voice was a mix of frustration and genuine worry.
Ren almost laughed at Terim's worried expression. "I'm fine. Really," he insisted.
But how could Terim believe him? Rion's eyes were red from crying, with tears still clinging to his eyelashes. Yet, he was still trying to smile gently to reassure him. How could Terim bear to see that?
Ren, "..." No, It's not. Don't talk nonsense. It's because I was laughing so hard that tears came out.
Terim adjusted his wheelchair and cautiously held Ren's hand.
"You Stop being so nice, okay!"
Ren chuckled, "But young master, I want to be nice to you."
