"Jon Na, the time for morning court is almost here," Eunuch Jang is telling the King about his timetable in the morning.
"Yah, can you let them to shut up?" Yeon Joo is shaking him ferociously to wake him up. This is still early in the morning when she even just closes her eyes to sleep.
Lee Yeong is opening his lazy eyes after all their first night together. He always craves her body as it never been before. It is a new experience for Lee Yeong for the existence of his life. He never feels this kind of feeling in his whole life.
"Just be quiet and sleep! What are you going to do?" Lee Yeong is opening his eyes and smitten with her beauty in the morning.
"I am going to visit the mercenaries. You know that you can take advantage of their existence," Yeon Joo is closing her eyes and finding a good position to sleep again. She is really amused with this kind of bed when her future spring bed feel more comfortable. But this bed on the simple wooden frame which is not too tall from the floor serves the same purpose as the modern bed.
"I will see about it. You can't go inside the courtroom, or it will be a distraction for everyone. The hunger minister will not spare you," Lee Yeong is sitting up with his bare chest. His body is well tone and strong with not one single scar. He must be in good health to be bless with this kind of body. Yeon Joo is making her position get more comfortable without her husband on the bed.
"I might sleep longer, and it is possible to go around the palace? And if out of sudden, I have to go away. Do not get panic because I have my family and my own work to do," Yeo Joo is turning her body to the side to look at her man.
"You are not allowed to leave me! This is an imperial edict, and I will kill your family if you defy the emperor order," Lee Yeong is raising his voice when Yeon Joo is sitting down and look at him with amusement.
"Try to chase and kill my family if you can and you will lose me forever. How can you kill your in-law family? They are your father and mother-in-law," Yeon Joo is sitting up and looking at her man.
"Close up your naked body! The eunuch and court lady are going inside the room," Lee Yeong is giving a command as water come out from the riverbank.
"Ahh, I forget about this era when a woman is lower than a man and we do not have anything to change the perceptive of a man except our duty to serve on the bed and give birth!" Yeon Jeo is making a messy bun on her hair.
"What do you mean by this era? What kind of era? This is my reign and my dynasty, so I am the only ruler in this kingdom which you need to obey!" Lee Yeong is getting the dry towel from a nearby stool. and walk toward his wife and wrap her body with his sleeping robe.
