This was actually becoming a pretty trait with me, if I had a gold coin for every time I've been thrown inside a dungeon, I'd probably have a lot of it by now which wasn't a great record for queens or even for princesses or newlywed. My gaze moved over to where my friends were seated in a corner, a resigned look on their faces.

I had never actually planned the night to go like this, or even for us to end up in a dungeon. I turned to look at Rissa who was still new to the harsh part of this world. She has been crying nonstop ever since she had been escorted into the dungeon. The good part of this plan though was that at least we weren't sentenced to death, not yet anyway and also Trevor managed to escape. If he was smart he would have gotten on a boat, the first ticket out of this country and erase Rissa out of his mind.
