章節 18: CHAPTER 18 Where I found myself.
I woke up feeling in the worst way a person should feel, my head throbbed badly and I was feeling very weak.
My eyes whipped around trying to figure out where I was, just when I realised that I was attached to an IV drip.
Was I in the hospital? How did I get here? And why am I here?
I tried to push myself up a little bit but my legs were betraying me. I opened the bedsheets to take a look at them and saw that my left foot was bandaged.
Just when I tried to put more effort a strong arm pinned me down.
I blinked as confusion, worry and shock washed me.
Julian?! Why was he here? And what happened to me? I tried thinking hard but it just added pain to my already pained head.
"You still need to rest," He said after observing me for a long time.
"What happened__" I was about to ask but everything poured back into my brain and my lips started trembling in fear.
Did I get raped? Was I ruined? Is my life over!! These thoughts rang in my head as tears poured from my face just when I felt warm hands on my cheeks which brought me out of my dazed state and when my eyes met with his he finally spoke...
"You weren't raped,"
"Then..wh.h..y why am ..I..I.. here?" I stammered still scared to hear the answer even when he just answered my fear.
"He was stopped so he couldn't touch you but you were already unconscious and your foot was bleeding," He smiled faintly telling me to calm down but I could feel that he wasn't calm and I don't know the reason why.
"Now go back to sleep, you need to rest," He covered me with the sheet.
"Belinda?" I held his hands preventing them from moving further as worry covered my face.
"My friend she was with me before I almost got_" My face became pale again
"I have sorted that out, you were mentioning her name while sleeping," He said and was about to cover me with the sheet again but I stopped him and he gave me a questioning look.
"One more thing, I just want to know who saved me," I asked even if I already knew that he was the one but he didn't seem pleased with my question instead a frown settled on his perfect face.
"That's no problem, I guess you want to thank the hero who saved you from the Villans' hand. Right?" He blurted out which only made my curious gaze at him turn to a confused one.
"Well, I'm also curious about what you were doing there?! How did you meet that guy? Will, you tell me he dragged you out of such an open place or will you rather say he charmed you out,"
"Who is he? How did you meet him? What does he mean to you? Why did you follow him? And even worse to a room." His brows pulled together.
