章節 93: Burning up

"Are you sure we are safe to stay inside that old house?" She complained as if she had another choice, pointing to the house that had seen its better days.

"I think it is much better than out here." He commented as he started walking in the direction of the front door. 

He just hoped that the lights and water were still running in the house, or that would be another big problem. He could already sense it from the way she was acting.

"You mean that we have to stay in there all night." She could feel the fear creeping in as the hair of her skin started standing up. All she could imagine at the moment was the scene in a scary movie she once watched when she was young.

"Just for the night, yes." He confirmed her fear. "I'm sure they will look for us early in the morning. If not, I'll find a way to send a message to them."
