章節 19: Author's Checkpoint (2)
Soooo as I said here is the author's checkpoint. I guess this one will be some questions for maintenance and maybe some fun opinion questions. Oh yeah and by the way after answering or reading through responses to the questions below I added an auxiliary chapter for appearances and I may or may not have thrown some hints out for things in the next arc *wink* *wink*.
Yeah also I will be M.I.A for about 2 weeks I have finals coming up and Aerospace Engineering (My Major) is on its way to kick my ass. BUT don't worry I shain't drop it I am a man of my word and honestly have way to many future plans for this fic.
I have plans that I cannot share with you because the haters will sabotage me. So keep your eyes open for my return.
Oh yeah I don't know why but with the way my mind works I have already had an idea for a ff after this so if anyone has other suggestions drop it here. I would prefer to stick to my strengths of knowledge because making shit up with no regard for the source material is fucked up (LOOOKING AT YOU HALO THE TV SHOW).
For serious questions:
How was my writing for the action? I think I did good but I am worried that the action scenes were too short though I did do almost 2700 words worth of action in the 3rd chapter of the small arc.
How has the story been so far? Anything confusing? Anything unclear....any plot holes?
Did I go too fast through the arc? From what I have seen from other writers they usually have other things going on or something, but who knows maybe it's due to my inferior writing.
So I am thinking of just going back and completely cutting out the system completely. Including going back and re-editing chapters what do you guys think?
What can I improve on or am I straight so far?
Any big events/arc ideas?
Now onto the less serious questions:
Favorite halo game and why. Mine is probably Halo: Reach if you couldn't tell with Halo 3 Halo: 3 ODST and Halo Wars following closely behind.
Favorite Character and weapon. Mine would probably be....Noble 6 yeah I know real shocker but something about the fact that when Emile died and he saw the Autumn still needed covering fire and Keyes asked for him to climb aboard. Noble 6 without hesitation said he would stay behind needless to say he's got that dog in him. As for weapon it would have to go with the Suppressed pistol from ODST.
How would you feel if I added some concept art vehicles? (Just FYI if you check the auxillary chapter I already posted a couple but this is more of a going forward type deal)
Any specific characters you would like to see in the fic?(Please give a compelling argument for Agent Carolina if you are going to recommend her)
Vs battle who would win? CSO Super Carrier vs UNSC Infinity (Without their compliments because we don't have the CSO's compliment). Honestly I gotta give it to the CSO class super carrier though the Infinity is BEEFED up with promethean tech and the super macs, but never forget that the CSO super carrier is 6 times bigger and quite literally put the entirety of Reach in a chokehold by itself and needed a entire battle group to be projected to fight it.
