"What I told you about ditching school, princess?" Dominic's cold voice boomed from behind me. His sudden interference broke my stance where I was lost a moment ago.

I looked at him for a moment before running toward him. I hugged him in full force, immediately after as soon as I reached him and cried on his stomach as he is really taller than me.

"Dominic? Dominic, what happened to him? Wh.. Why are there so many hospital's equipment attached to him?" I looked up and asked Dominic in a shaky voice after calming down a little.

He was caught a little off guard by my hug as he looked at me in complete disbelief after I looked up. I had completely ignored his previous question about my presence here at this moment. I just don't have the energy to be angry at him. Though I planned to be angry at them, at him, to be more specific. But I was shocked to see Damon lying unconscious on his bed with a lot of wire attached to him. It took all my sanity to think straight.
