He snapped his eyes wide open and hurriedly looked at the calendar where he murmured something...

His senses woke up and heads downstairs to prepare for breakfast, while everything is simmering, he took a quick shower and saw his wife tasting their breakfast

Helen: Your bad habit of leaving the food being cooked strikes up again *sigh* we just bought this house you know~?

John: Sorry... I thought I'd be finished after taking a shower...

Helen: It's alright, come lets have our breakfast *smile*

While they are eating John asked her wife

John: Helen, is your body acting up lately?

Helen: Last week, my body got tired more than the rest, but its a small thing got many things happening in the office

John: !!! (Maybe its at the early stages, I can still save her) Helen, lets go the hospital lets get it checked by a professional maybe its something worse...

Helen: You sure? You got work today right?

John: If its for my wife its okay, I'll just call my boss later.

Helen: Oh you~ smooth as ever I see~

They then went to the hospital to have Helen have her check up, as expected after 3 hours of full body examination... they found out that Helen has early stage of cancer but can be removed as it was noticed in the early stages.

Everything went well and Helen was staying in the hospital for the night. In the morning John decided to buy a puppy for Helen as a gift and drives home to get Helen some clothes and basic necessities. He stopped by in a gasoline station and sighed as he saw a trio and immediately knows who the boss of the two is. He found Iosef buying a pack of gum in the store while John went in to pay for the gas, only to see Iosef aiming for his car... he sighed as he knew what was going to happen and just hoped nothing will happen to make him act. But he was wrong, it still happened but this time he was prepared, he beat the three of them up and said to scram and stop pissing him off, if not... even his father can't save him. But it seems like it all fell into deaf ears. John sighed and decided to call Viggo

*Phone call*

Viggo: Hello? May I know the name of the caller?

John: It's me Viggo, John. Your Son messed up and was eyeing my car and tried to steal it just now, I beat him, his friend, and bodyguard. I'll tell you this Viggo, I warned your son, the next time he messes with me... I'll take his life and you can't stop me from doing it. I warned them but it seems like it all fell into deaf ears. John sighed and took the stuff and necessities his wife needed, left the dog bowls of food and decided to use the motorcycle as it is faster and less hassle down the road. He arrived at the hospital and told his wife that he has a surprise for her at home after the operation. He went home only for him to see that his home was robbed and there are 10 people patrolling in his house. He entered the garage to see that his car was gone and the puppy lying in its pool of blood, he was instantly enraged. He doesn't want unnecessary bloodshed but looks like fate had something for him. Meanwhile...

Viggo: I heard you struck my son?

???: Yes sir.

Viggo: Aurelio, why?

Aurelio: Uhh, he stole John Wick's car and f*cked up his dog.

John being enraged was taking a shower to cool his mind down, showing his back full of tattoos and a big phrase 'Fortis Fortune Adiuvat' which translates to 'Fortune Favors the Bold'

He grabbed a sledgehammer and smashed the basement ground revealing a big case, he was preparing to set out only to hear his phone ring. It was Viggo, spewing something like talking like cultured men but he only responded...

John: Viggo, I already tolerated his actions once. This time... not even Gods could save him.

*End of phone call*

Everything happened in his memories and Viggo decided to send special force in John's way. He decided to take his wife to Japan which she agreed as he said it was vacation and to seek out the family and serve them. He spoke to Netero about serving the family and said that they treat their people as family not like the High Table that treats them like pawns.

He also spoke to his wife about the true reason why they are in Japan which shocked his wife and he said that enemies will pursue him so she needs the family's protection, she reluctantly agreed. He also explained that he will clean out loose ends so he needs to go out of the country.

He joined the family and asked to protect his wife as well as heal her and he said that he needs to tie out loose ends. He hunts down Iosef by going through Aurelio... everything happened as he remembers it but... He was kidnapped by Viggo, after that he remembered that Marcus is gonna die so he hurried up and warned him that Viggo is going to kill him. He took the warning lightly and was killed by Viggo. John hunted Iosef and killed him.

*meanwhile*

Vali: Maybe he met her now... huh? Why is Mr. Wick lying on the ground? And why did I give Mr. Wick Japan #61? Hmmmm... I can't remember

Albion: *sigh* I'll tell you later after Mr. Wick gets up.

Vali: You know? Really?! Okay let's wait for him to wake up. Btw lets set him in the sofa.

*Back to John*

He arrived at Marcus' doorstep only to see his friend dead, he already know where Viggo is going so he rushed in there, he killed everyone in the airport, Viggo and John went hand to hand combat but Viggo pulled out a knife and struck John in the belly, John choked Viggo with sleeper hold and removed the knife in his body and struck Viggo's heart. It took a while but Viggo died. He was panting heavily and noticed that his hands was being transparent he slowly mutters something...

John: Looks like I succeeded in saving my wife but it looks like the end of road for me...

His body was slowly being transparent till he vanished out of thin air. He woke up in a couch in young master's mansion

*Vali's POV*

Vali: You're awake Mr. Wick

John: *grunt* Urgh my head hearts young master...

I gave him water which he drank and spoke to me

John: Thank you young master for letting me meet my wife again. I am truly grateful for the opportunity you've given me.

Vali: Huh? Wife? Again? What are you talking about Mr. Wick?

John: About letting me see my wi- *ring* excuse me young master.

Vali: Sure Mr. Wick

*John POV*

I took the ringing phone and answered it, it was an unknown number

John: Hello? John speaking

???: Are you going home? Dinner is about to cooked... Hello? John?.. Are you there?? Are you crying John? Hello?

John was shedding tears when he heard the voice on the phone. Who was it? Of course its his wife Helen. But how?! I died there right?! He was slowly piecing the puzzle in his mind but decided to answer the phone first.

John: Honey, I'll be home soon wait for me. I love you.

Helen: Okay John I'm waiting *smile*

John was slowly connecting the pieces and what he got was: He was either saved by the Bowery King's beggars after the fight and her wife was operated and was cured, then everything happened on what was in his memory. About Santino and the High Table... In Santino's Case... If everything happened in case of his personality... He faked Santino's sister's death and killed Santino. After being excommunicated, he tried to change Winston. To no avail he still betrayed him. He wiped out the High Table with the help of the family and personally killed Winston.

After completing the puzzle that was hounding him, he bid his young master good bye. He swore silently that he will serve Vali without remorse and all his life. Meanwhile Albion was explaining to Vali the reason he made that doughnut for John

Vali: [So you said that the bread can change history right?]

Albion: [Yeah, I remembered his wife died from illness before you gave him the doughnut. Then his wife called him which made me completely sure that her wife was alive. That explains the reason why you can't remember as you lost the reason why you made that bread for him]

Vali: [What a scary bread]

Albion: [Indeed. A scary bread]

Vali: [Should we put it up in the forbidden list?]

Albion: [Yeah, We should. It is scary changing the past like that]

Vali: [I think this bread... chooses its eater?]

Albion: [You mean? Like sacred gears? It won't affect those with bad intentions?]

Vali: [Well... I wrapped it up with your energy after all. But we should seal it, its still a scary bread anyway]

Albion: [Yeah, we really should. It should be dinner time soon let's go home]
