"Ever dropped straight into the heart of a battlefield from the sky?"
"I pulled something like that off when I took on those Fallen Celestials."
"Feel like doing it again?"
To Arthur's second question, Evan's laughter echoed in the sky as he shouted back.
"We're already in freefall!!!"
The wind roared in their ears as the two boys plummeted from thousands of metres above.
"How far off did you drop us?"
"About a quarter of the way to the atmosphere. Why?"
Arthur responded to Evan's question as normally as ever but his answer made Evan's eyes widen in shock.
"How many thousands of meters are we freefalling?!"
"No idea! I didn't bother to calculate it!"
Arthur laughed, spinning his body mid-air before spreading his arms out like a plane while Evan facepalmed, shaking his head.
"You're unbelievable."
Arthur only laughed louder in response, and then the ground below began to enter his spatial perception.
